yes you can introduce a clicker. Petco usually has them

A clicker is not a type of device that you help train the dog it is just giving him a treat every time he does something correct. I don’t think you should do this because your dog may want more and more treats. Just keep training him regularly

Yes you can incorporate a clicker at any time ~ most can be purchased at any pet store; Petsmart, Petco etc….

The idea behind the clicker is to give the dog instantaneous feedback that he has done something wonderful in your eyes, and a reward is forthcoming. It should still work because you are simply replacing whatever cue you were using before with the clicker. If you are unsure about how to do it, they have clicker training classes at petsmart.

Introducing a clicker can be done anytime, regardless if he was trained with (what I am assuming) a marker word.
A clicker can be purchased at Petco, Petsmart, or any petstore or training website.
